Communication Skills and Time Management as the Predictors of Student Motivation

This study examines free time management and communication skills as the predictors of university students’ motivation. The sample includes 610 undergraduate students in a variety programs. Of students, 441 are female, 169 male, mean age is 20.1 years. Their GPA averages range from 1.83 to 3.96 on 4.0 scale. Data collection tools included three instruments. relationship between students' skills, management, motivation levels determined using correlation analysis multiple regression analysis. findings show that there positive meaningful relationships subscales management. These include goal setting technique, attitude, scheduling, evaluating, respect, ability expression, desire, democratic value, obstacles. In addition, shows predicted by their skills.
